Every consignment is inspected and certified by KEPHIS prior to export clearance. The certificate confirms the shipment is free from harmful pests and plant diseases, meeting the phytosanitary import requirements of the UAE and all GCC member states.

Produce grading, handling, and food safety

All packhouses used in our supply chain adhere to KEBS quality and food safety standards. Regular inspections are conducted per export season. Non-compliant packhouses are not used under any circumstances.

Yes. A KEPHIS-issued phytosanitary certificate is obtained for every consignment prior to export clearance. It is included in the standard shipping documentation package sent to the buyer.
