Compliance Across Two Jurisdictions
Exporting agricultural produce between Africa and the Gulf requires maintaining active compliance simultaneously under Kenyan export law and UAE commercial registration. Kyawol Global Trade holds current documentation on both sides at all times. Below is a full account of every active credential governing our operations.
Documentation You Can Verify
UAE Commercial Trade License
You are transacting with a legally registered UAE LLC with active commercial trading activities. Kyawol is not a foreign broker; it is a Gulf-based company with UAE regulatory accountability.
UAE Corporate Tax Certificate
All commercial transactions are conducted under a tax-registered UAE entity. Full invoicing and documentation comply with UAE tax law.
Kenya Agricultural Export Registration
All Kenya-side sourcing and export operations are conducted through an AFA-licensed Kenyan entity. Every farm in our network holds a valid HPMA registration permit.
Phytosanitary Certificate (KEPHIS)
Every consignment is inspected and certified by KEPHIS prior to export clearance. The certificate confirms the shipment is free from harmful pests and plant diseases, meeting the phytosanitary import requirements of the UAE and all GCC member states.
KEBS Quality Compliance
All packhouses used in our supply chain adhere to KEBS quality and food safety standards. Regular inspections are conducted per export season. Non-compliant packhouses are not used under any circumstances.
